All my tubie pads are backed with 90% bamboo OEKO-TEX standard, gorgeously soft bamboo backing and topped with a range of polycotton or cotton designs. They have two layers of bamboo giving superb absorbency and comfort. 
Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial and helps keep pegs sites clean and comfortable.
