Postage is calculated at checkout and is calculated on the weight of the order. Shipping is via Royal mail for large letter or small parcels. Large items and changing mats will be another courier service depending on order weight and size.

​Important, Northern Ireland Shipping
From the 13th of December 2024 I am no longer able to post to Northern Ireland due to new GPSR rules in place.

G-Tube pads are ready made and will also be dispatched next working day unless ordered with custom made or longer dispatch orders.

For all custom orders, changing mat, disability items, drainage bags please allow up to 28 days. Each listing will have a section stating dispatch as well as infographics with the details included.

Please check listings for dispatch times. All orders are handmade by me. I would rather give a bigger dispatch and have them out sooner then have something happen and things run over.

If shipping outside of the UK the buyer is responsible for any additional fees such as customs etc..
